Disney Gals Roll Call
 Favorite Ride - Hollywood Studios

Kim: I LOVE Toy Story Mania.  I have it at home for my Wii, but it's just not the same.  At Hollywood Studios, I go to this ride first so I can get a Fastpass for later in the day AND ride it that morning before the line gets too long.  At California Adventure, it's the only ride in all the parks I'm willing to wait longer than 30 minutes in line.   My whole family enjoys trying to shoot all of the targets and beat each others' scores.  Of course, I keep trying to find all the hidden "gems" that give me extra points so I win!

Tricia: At Hollywood Studios I have two favorites and if I absolutely have to go with just one, I would pick Rock 'n' Roller Coaster but The Twilight Zone Tower of Terror is right on its coattails. My mom hates roller coasters but during a big family reunion a few years ago we got her to go on it and the ride photo was a classic! I loved it. Her? Not so much!

Kelly: I'm right in the seat next to you Tricia. We LOVE Rock 'n' Roller Coaster! My daughter and I are huge Aerosmith fans so we sing our way through the lines (sorry if we annoyed any of you), until we get in the studio with the band. Nice to see the boys close up. Then it's more singing because there's  a "traffic jam, so we be jammin' "  until we get in the stretch limo. Singing replaced by screams and laughter.  We love this ride so much that if it is a long wait and there are no Fastpasses, we split up and hit the single rider line, whatever it takes to get on again.

Gayle:  This is like asking me to pick my favorite child, I can't just pick one ride here.  Although we are lucky enough to have Toy Story Mania here at Disney California Adventure, what we don't have are Fastpasses, so that alone makes it my first ride of the day at Hollywood Studios. Like everyone else, I head for the back at rope drop, grab a Fastpass, and  then of course jump on the ride. If you want to laugh nonstop from start to finish, this is the ride for you but a word of advice-if you ride with anyone under 18, prepare to be humiliated. Just once I'd like to beat Zack. Is that asking too much? As soon as we are off of Toy Story, it's time to check into our favorite hotel, Tower of Terror. We love that you can do this ride hundreds of times and never have the same experience! Fear of heights and drops all disappear when you're in total darkness!

Laura: Rock 'n' Roller Coaster! No doubt. I love Toy Story Mania also.  That is my son's favorite ride. We also have the Wii game and we are wearing it out.

Judy:  It looks like a few of us will be in line for Toy Story Mania, don't forget to get a Fast Pass, if you can. Just like Gayle last time we wanted for the rope drop, we got on the ride and then got onto it again, no need for a Fast Pass this time!  Off for a little breakfast at Starring Roles  Cafe after that.

Lori: I will hope in the line for TSM. For me I am unable to do the stairs and they have an alternate entrance with a ramp. The theaming is great  inside the Q and like Gayle I like this attraction in California as well. My DS always wins high points but my favorite part is the fact that if you work together you are able to get a higher score. I know the cheats. Who else wants to join us?

Janice: As corny as it sounds - my absolute favorite is The Great Movie Ride. I can go on over and over again!
