“The hand that rocks the cradle is the hand that rules the world”-@NMNOMovie
I received free products in order to host a National Mom’s Nite Out party. The opinions, photo’s and thoughts expressed here are all my own.
When asked to host a #NMNO15, or National Mom’s Nite Out party, I was thrilled. Not only do I love to entertain, but a chance to entertain with “just Mom’s” was my cup of tea! So instead of just one party,I had three!
We celebrated with my sisters and my Mom for lunch, played “guess that celebrity Mom” game. Decorated wine glass with our monograms and had a wonderful family “Mom” lunch. We watched @MNOMovie and enjoyed it thoroughly! My favorite take away from the movie was “I’m a mess,I’m a beautiful mess, but I’m his masterpiece, and that’s enough”.
Early dinner was for my dearest friends,we played cards with @BicyckeCards,www.BicycleCards.com. Our game was “Go Mom” instead of “Go Fish”. We also had fantastic appetizers found in the National Mom’s Nite Out recipe book. We tried Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip, Pepperoni Nibblers and Mom’s Nite Out Relaxer punch. These recipes were not only a crowd pleaser but simple to make and eat.
We planted Mom marigold planters with a candle, shared a light supper with printables added as food labels from @MyPrintly,www.MyPrintly.com, the night was a big success.
Late night was a trip to NYC to the theater to see “Kinky Boots” with my sister-in-law and two more friends.A wonderful theatrical production about believing in yourself, following your dream, and accepting others for who they are. What a wonderful,feel-good way to end our #NMNO15. Memories made and moments shared.
Goodie bags for #NMNO15 were handed out to all guests that included @BicycleCards,@MyPrintly,#CYMK printer photo paper, and @Sunkist fruit chews.
This was most definitely” The Ultimate Celebration of Motherhood”, and I’m so grateful to have shared it with some of the most incredible Mom’s I have the pleasure to know and call friends.
